Refund policy

Our checkout is not taking payment at the moment, so no orders are being placed and there is nothing to refund. For any order we ship, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery: email hello@nuncheonpet.com with the order number and we send a prepaid return label for an address in the United States. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return reaching us. Filters that have been in water cannot be returned.
